Automation of Housing and Communal Services

From February 21 to February 24, 2020, our company held a workshop "Digitalization and Automation of Housing and Public Utilities", at which the following topics were discussed:

• Practical aspects of digitalization and automation of housing and communal services.
• Accounting for electricity, water and gas.
• Energy-efficient IoT solutions in the field of housing and communal services.
• Energy-efficient IoT solutions in the field of housing and communal services. A secure domestic accounting automation platform.
• Operating experience.

The latest domestic developments in the field of data transmission and processing, implemented on the basis of wireless telemetry devices, were presented. Reports were made on the experience of operating equipment, data transmission channels and software from the first persons of the enterprises of the Customers.

In the practical part of the seminar, specialists studied the existing ASKUG software systems operated by gas suppliers for more than 20 years. Samples of various types of energy meters with telemetry units, wireless autonomous pressure / temperature sensors, and ASKUG software were obtained.

In the exhibition section of the seminar, the latest samples of measuring and telemetry equipment, server software products, and user dashboards were presented. All hardware and software are completely domestic developments.

New Solutions for the Digital Economy

During the seminar, issues of interaction between developers and manufacturers of energy accounting systems with state and municipal structures on the implementation of 522 Federal Law were discussed, the issues of introducing telemetry tools during the construction of a dispatching system, metering and saving of all types of consumed resources (electricity, gas, heat, water) in state and municipal institutions and organizations were considered.

Energy efficiency and energy saving programs for municipal institutions were also considered.

At the seminar for the first time a new franchising model from the company "Rusteсhnology" - "Franchise Smart Solutions" was presented.
